About Kyle Brits

Kyle Brits is the founder of Kybri Consulting. He has over 15 years’ experience across law, financial services, corporate services, fintech, virtual assets, payments, and iGaming.

His career has taken him from legal practice in South Africa to private client and corporate services work in the Isle of Man and London, and into senior operational roles within the regulated digital economy.

Kyle’s advisory work is shaped by first-hand experience of building and running businesses, managing regulatory relationships from the inside, leading commercial strategy across jurisdictions, and holding statutory compliance appointments with personal accountability for outcomes. This gives clients advice that is not only technically informed, but commercially grounded and operationally realistic.

Outside Kybri, Kyle contributes to regulatory consultations and digital asset legislation, speaks at fintech and compliance conferences, and is a 2023 Digital Isle of Man Tech Superstar Award winner. He accepts Non-Executive Director and advisory board appointments in a personal capacity.

Away from work, Kyle is a motorcyclist and motorsport enthusiast with a particular passion for the Isle of Man TT. He enjoys clay pigeon shooting and, when the island’s weather allows, can usually be found in the sea.
